Hello everyone, my name is Paolo, I am 27 years old and for a couple of months now I have started studying classical piano.
I had been thinking about it for a year now, doing research every day on pianos and courses until I finally decided and started taking private lessons.
A month after starting, I purchased my first piano, a Yamaha P45 Digital, after extensive web research (I chose a digital one both because of the cost and to start, and also because living in an apartment building and being able to play only in the evening, I have the possibility to do so with headphones).
My goal for now is to play Chopin's Etude op.25 n°11 'Ventre d'Hiver' at least in a satisfactory manner (as you can guess from my nickname =D); I am aware that it will take a long time because it is not a simple piece, but I will not give up.
I hope to find myself well in this forum; I will have many questions being a beginner on this instrument (even though I take lessons with a teacher, I prefer to have more opinions and feedback).
I also hope to be useful to someone and to be able to help if I can.
Have a good day everyone, thank you for your attention and sorry for the poem =D
