I have been playing the piano since I was 6 years old (today I am 46). After 15 years of almost complete inactivity, I started playing again in 2010. I also play other instruments, but the piano remains my favorite. I am a physicist, so I am strongly interested in the mechanics, operation, regulation, sound... in short, I love everything about the piano!
I have just purchased an inexpensive grand piano (used, two years old) that I would like to use to experiment with interventions more complex than the simple tuning that I have already been doing independently for years.
I have been following the forum for a long time and I thank you for the excellent advice and suggestions I have found here.
I hope to learn and perhaps even to contribute in a constructive way.
