Good day to everyone! I am Lorenzo, I am 36 years old and I live in Avellino but I am originally from Bari. I have been working in Campania for 15 years.
I started studying piano at about the age of 15 thanks to the extraordinary charisma of my middle school teacher who enchanted me, in the true sense of the word, with his playing during music education hours on an old upright piano at the school.
About once a month we would go down to the teachers' lounge and sing, discuss musical instruments, etc. What beautiful memories.
After many insistent requests to my parents, I managed to start studying at the "Il Coretto" school in Bari, where I found my dear middle school teacher whom I had already finished schooling with. I studied with him for about 5 years, then I left to do my blessed military service. From then on life changes you; in short, there isn't enough time anymore, that period of life where you have to study ends. Conscription became work (fortunately) and I moved to Campania where, in my free time, I attended a music school studying classical guitar for three years and jazz piano and modern singing for three years with decent results.
My passion for music in general has never ceased, on the contrary... and especially my love for the piano which, thanks to you, I now know a little better. Naturally, like many on this forum, I would like to learn how to get my hands on it to repair, tune, etc., but I realize that it is no joke. I have always also been passionate about electronics, mechanics, and model aircraft; I am always there dismantling, building, modifying; I have a lot of professional equipment for woodworking and over these years I have acquired good manual skills.
