I am sorry for your aunt... to whom I would suggest speaking with a good doctor anyway because nowadays it is no longer conceivable to suffer so much. In the absence of other causes that justify such uncontrolled pain, there are analgesics of every type and for every need. Menstrual pain can be dealt with without major problems.... much more serious pains are dealt with. Menstruation is not a disease, while understanding the subjectivity of perception.
