Hello,
I have a diploma in piano, but unfortunately due to various family matters I had to deal with something else entirely after graduating.
I had a strong passion and I refused to play at an amateur level. So for years I practically didn't touch the instrument. Now I would like to start again, but it is hard to accept that I am no longer able to perform what my mind would want. I should start over with technique, scales, octaves, and some rather simple pieces.
Who knows, maybe by frequenting a forum of enthusiasts I can find a bit of motivation.
