My name is Pier Paolo, I am a 61-year-old engineer living in the Marche region.
A lifelong guitarist, for about a year now I have almost abandoned my Gibsons and Fenders to languish in Sala Rossa (my home studio), after purchasing a Yamaha P-45b digital piano and throwing myself into Elton John, Supertramp, Procol Harum, Genesis, McCartney... in other words, my "pianistic" rock and pop idols.
What a joy! Being able to play, even if still far from decently, things like "Someone Save My Life Tonight", "A Trick of the Tail", "Prelude No. 1 in C Major", etc., is immensely fulfilling for me.
I have always owned and played the white and black keys (Korg M1, Roland D-50...) but always in a superficial way, subordinate to the much deeper commitment to acoustic and electric guitars (and basses), but now my head is entirely on the piano and its incomparable sonic richness.
In this regard, I am looking for a used quarter-grand acoustic piano to install in my living room (and therefore, to match it, it must be white or natural wood, not black).
