Tell me about it, I am used to making great efforts (seriously borrowing the last metaphor you used) physically, and my head demands rest; think about how often when I sit down in front of an exercise after a while I get sleepy (those rare moments when I relax). Tonight I started something that I don't talk about, I hope to do it decently, then we'll talk about it again.
