hello everyone,
could you recommend a specific book or even just specific exercises for jazz piano?

I am not sure I have fully understood the meaning of technique related to jazz piano.
(to be clear, there is a jazz Hanon, but I don't think you are referring to this)

hi frank, thanks for your indications
in effect, my request, rereading it, was very vague.
specifically, I am referring to patterns (or at least I think that's what they are called), i.e., melodic models (along the lines of hanon)
perhaps stylistically more oriented towards jazz phrasing, transposable into all keys and all scales,
possibly fingered, for both the right hand and the left hand.
i already have the jazz hanon and I am already using it but... idk.... if there were something better on the market...
naturally I know well that I can/must derive some patterns myself, by listening to and transcribing passages
from the greats, closer to my tastes... and I am doing that too.

Technique is one thing, improvisation technique is another. Practically, once a melodic profile has been obtained, you transpose it into all keys by changing the note numbering.
Fingering? You already have to number the melody

thanks to everyone, especially JamSession! the jim grantham is very close to what I was looking for; and it is clearing up many doubts. so, I confirm it too: excellent text.
on that note, JamSession, I wanted to ask you:
do you have any idea what the tracks on the 12 optional CDs are like?
