It might seem avant-garde, John Luther Adams: instead it goes beyond, let's say elsewhere. His is a purely ecological music, in total symbiosis with nature. There isn't much space for man, it's true, but perhaps that's for the best. I love this composer from Alaska, one of the most interesting figures today (for me, obviously).
