I don't know if you are familiar with the book: "The Science of Sound" by John Pierce, how do you consider it? Is it worth buying?

A bit heavy, in the sense that I find it too descriptive...

I confirm, it is very descriptive. In my opinion, it is very useful for those who have no knowledge of the subject. Anyway, there are also other texts like those by Righini.

I can't get the attachment to work
I will try again tomorrow calmly; anyway, it is a text that if you are interested, I can quickly recover (hopefully) in pdf... I also have it in hard copy and was precisely trying to attach a scan of the index.

Nothing to be done, TheSimon will attach it

Hello, forgive my intrusion. I would need the text of Pierce (The Science of Sound) and Righini (Acoustics for the Musician) in pdf. Could anyone help me?
Thank you so much,
