This is my piano.
I haven't tuned it for a couple of years; now I have decided to tune it, but I noticed that all the hammers (except for the bass ones) are all marked by quite deep grooves.
I bought this piano used 11 years ago.
Do you think it is worth restoring it (if it's even possible)?? Thanks

Considering that it was recorded with a cell phone. The sound seems very beautiful to me... At the end of the video, he explains that it has been refurbished, all strings changed and the hammer action rebuilt. The result seems excellent to me.

I didn't quite understand if this is your piano, if it is....... congratulations, it has a beautiful timbre.
if you like the timbre, and the grooves are not too deep, you can wait a little longer to shave the hammer rail.
In case you don't use the practice pedal, you can have it removed to have an even more sensitive keyboard/action and more faithful in the pianissimo.

My piano model is the same as the one in the video, the timbre is almost identical.
Anyway, I noticed that Kawai keyboards are harder. I don't mind this, in fact... by removing the mute, won't I lose this characteristic?

to have an "easier" keyboard in the pianissimo, after removing the mute, you must also adjust the hammer let-off point, bringing it to about 1.5 mm from the string.

Wow! If yours has a very similar timbre... congratulations, I like it very much, rich sonorities and full basses. Really beautiful indeed.
As far as technical advice goes ... well, I can't add anything more to what pianoexpert and pianoaccordatore have said.
