This thing has quite piqued my curiosity; I had never thought about this before.

There are also some transcriptions, see the one of the Chaconne for solo piano m.s. by Brahms and Godowsky's transcriptions of some Chopin studies

There would also be Ravel, Piano Concerto in D for the left hand, dedicated to the pianist Paul Wigtenstein (who had lost his right arm in the war).
