Hello everyone, I am not a piano player, let alone someone who understands this instrument; my phone fell inside it, by removing the cover, would it be possible to recover it? Does anyone have an idea of how to proceed, explaining it to a complete ignoramus??

If it is an upright, just open the small cover on top and unhook the internal side latches. This way, the upright panel can be removed. The phone might be on the keys on the inside part.
