Hello everyone,
i wanted to share my latest video recorded with headphones on the yamaha P105b.
I realize that the means (and the performer) are what they are.
But hey, it's a nice little keyboard, isn't it?

Curiosity, what were you listening to in your headphones... Jelly Roll Morton?
Jokes aside, smooth and pleasant... perhaps it lacks a bit of that intimacy that this piece should show and indeed at some points, in my opinion, it seems to me that he plays it in a somewhat "cheeky" way... but who cares

Hi Talentuoso!
Thanks for taking a look at the video
Yes, since I was watching Milan in the meantime, I didn't want to have the TV playing in the background
Regarding the interpretation, I tried to reproduce, much to my chagrin, the performance from the film Legend of 1900. In the end, I recorded a rearranged version. Completely different from what Jelly Roll Morton had in mind.
As far as I'm concerned, I find The Crave, Big Foot Ham, and FingerBreaker VERY difficult pieces to prepare. In my naivety, many times I play them slowly, with the accents, just like actual etudes.
I am always happy to receive impressions on my videos. After all, those four nonsense pieces that I know, I learned them based on criticism rather than compliments :D
