Let's start by resolving your doubts/problems with your interface; in this case, it is not necessary to use buses.
Let's take a look at the photo of your audio interface and comment on it:
Your interface has 8 unbalanced inputs + 2 balanced with Class A microphone preamplifiers, and 8 unbalanced outputs + monitor and headphone output.
The problem is that if you think you can split the two tracks between the interface's headphone output and the monitor speakers, it is impossible, and I will explain why... The headphone output on the front of the interface is a general Out, meaning an output where all audio streams from the interface pass through all outputs; therefore, you will have no way to split the signal on that output. You must therefore direct the signal to the unbalanced outputs at the back of the interface. The problem is that the rear outputs are unbalanced, so by connecting headphones to one output, you will have a mono signal (which you will only hear in one headphone speaker). In this case, a mixer comes into play; we will later see what to do in the case where you do not have a mixer to overcome this problem. We are attaching another image and commenting.
If you have a mixer -> in Logic, you set the output of track 1 signal to go to the headphone output via a stereo output (for example 3 - 4) as shown in the figure, and these two outputs from the interface will need to enter mixer inputs 3 - 4; through the mixer, you can then direct them via the monitor groups to a balanced output where you can plug in the headphones, this way you maintain the stereo output and therefore listen to the headphones in stereo.
You set the second track in Logic to output 1 - 2 and send it into the mixer on channels 1 - 2; at this point, you direct the signal to another group that sends the signal to the monitor speakers.
If you do not have a mixer -> you must make a cable with two mono male jacks on one side that end in a stereo female jack. Connect the cable to output 3 - 4 and attach the headphones to the female jack. Meanwhile, connect the monitor speakers to channels 1 and 2.
