I think the author of the video is either playing us or is just clueless.
To reach the orchestra stage, they went all the way around the service corridor that circles the hall. Did nobody tell them that there are passages to get from one point to another in the hall without walking kilometers?
The problems with the hall, which remains a work of exceptional beauty, are quite different.
To get to my seat in the balcony, I have to climb 103 steps to avoid using one of only 4 elevators (there were only 2 at the beginning), there is a lack of bathrooms (there are only 3 or 4 for 2,700 spectators), there is no organ (in concerts they have to use an electronic one), there is no connecting tunnel between the stage and the control room (in pop music concerts, the technicians don't know where to run the cables), etc.
