Enrollment for pre-Afam, two-year, and three-year Afam programs is open until May 11th at the Higher Institute of Musical Studies of Reggio Emilia and Castelnovo ne' Monti, the city of the "most beautiful nurseries in the world" and the Reggio Emilia Approach. The reasons to choose to specialize in a musical reality of Central European level that excels from Propedeutics through to two-year specialization programs, where one studies with the principal players of orchestras such as La Scala, Santa Cecilia, and the Chicago Symphony.

Let us mention some names such as Marco Zoni, Francesco Manara, Fabrizio Meloni, Francesco Tamiati, respectively Principal Flute, Principal Violin, Principal Clarinet, Principal Trumpet of the Orchestra of the Teatro alla Scala; Luca Vignali, Principal Oboe of the Orchestra of the Opera di Roma, Marco Pierobon, formerly principal trumpet of the S. Cecilia Orchestra and currently at the Chicago Symphony in the same role, Dale Clevenger, Principal Horn of the "Chicago" and the baritone Bruno Praticò. Added to this are the Summer School (in 2012 including among others the baritone Renato Bruson and Bruno Grossi, principal flute of the Swiss Italian Orchestra) and the Winter Masters with Gialuca Scipioni (trombone), Fabrizio Bosso (jazz trumpet), Patxi Montero (viola da gamba), Rosario Bonaccorso (Jazz Chamber Music). High-level training 12 months a year!
