Yes, yes, I saw the image, I recognized David Carradine in the old "Kung Fu" series... well, let's just say the cartoon made me smile, but certainly didn't make me burst out laughing. Anyway, you were sweet to post it; I apologize, evidently I am not very prone to laughter during this period.

It is naturally a satire of oriental "symbolism". We are not used to reading "between the lines". Those who know the Book of Kings know that the strange answers that come from the questions formulated by the subject are understood only by him and no one else, and this happens through symbolic phrases and images. What we call "oriental wisdom" is also represented by these somewhat hermetic aphorisms such as "put the wax and take away the wax" or "a thousand words are few for those who read your thoughts" or "speak little, listen much, and for a long time the fragrance of your virtues will be felt" etc....
