Moving the Channel Strip

From the arrange window, hold down the mouse on the channel strip and move it up or down. Moving it in the arrange window will correspond to moving it in the mixer window.

Can you send me a screenshot so I can understand what you need to do and what the problem is? Do you need to move the AUX sends or the channel strips?

Anyway, to perform moves, you must do it from the arrange window. There is no way to move anything on the mixer. If you want to move the channel strips, these are already in the arrange window, so you just need to move them from there. If you need to move the aux sends, you have to make them appear in the arrange window. You can select them individually or all of them, then right-click on one of them in the mixer window and select "Create arrange track"—I think it's something like that, I don't remember the exact name of the menu item perfectly. At this point, the selected AUX tracks will appear in the arrange window and you can treat them like channel strips, moving them wherever is most convenient for you. In reality, though, I have never had the need to move aux sends in any project.

I am attaching a screenshot to make my problem clearer to you. I essentially want to change the position of an AUX track to which I have applied a channel strip. It is practically impossible from the mixer, and I understand that, but even following your advice I can't manage to do it! I am probably missing something
