hello everyone,

i have just read the following article:

http://www.cronacaqui.it/torino/1644206678_la-novita-politecnico-di-torino-nasce-lingegnere-della-musica.html

shortly, it is about the establishment of a new faculty, Music Engineering, precisely.

I didn't understand if it is still being defined or if it is, for all intents and purposes, an operational faculty.

but beyond this, does anyone from the forum know specifically what it is about?
Does the term "engineering" mean that some typical subjects (e.g., analysis, geometry, physics, etc.) will be studied at a so-called engineering level? ;-P

it could be similar to the (I believe now closed) sound engineering course at the Politecnico di Milano in the Como campus
