Hello guys. I am composing a jazz/fusion piece. It is still just an idea in its embryonic state. For now, the only harmonic progression I have established is the following:

G6| F#-7 | B7 | A- ||

I would like you to remind me of the tensions that a I degree chord with a 6th possesses, besides clearly the root, 3rd, and 6th. Perhaps the 9th and 11th? I don't remember right now.

I know it is an atypical progression. Honestly, while I was thinking about it, I was trying to remember something my jazz and harmony teacher told me this year:

to move from the II to the I degree, besides the classic II-V-I and the II-V-I with tritone substitution, there was something like II degree-x (I don't remember)-dominant chord built on the VII degree-I. Could someone enlighten me on this as well?

Regarding the use of the 6th chord and possible extensions, the typical voicing is: 13569 in various arrangements...

It is not merely a matter of harmonic substitutions in a given piece, as I am writing the piece from scratch. However, I will read it anyway. Thanks to everyone for the answers. If there is any further need regarding the same piece, I will continue to post here.
