The number expresses the "registration number". Often one can trace it back to the year of construction. In this case, we only know that the House, the one in Berlin, was founded in 1860. The piano should be from the early 1900s. We do not have, as in the case of Weber of New York, all the numbers corresponding to the years of construction.
