Free appointments from MITOFringe.
It begins tomorrow, Tuesday, June 19, with a new concert in the subway; it is the turn of the Clarinet Trio at the M2 Cadorna station at 1:00 PM and, simultaneously, the Maurizio Signorino Trio at the M2 Garibaldi Station.
At 6:00 PM, instead, MITOFringe moves to the Baggio library where the Eufon Trio will pay tribute to Claude Debussy, on the occasion of the celebration of the 150th anniversary of his birth.
On Wednesday the 20th, instead, the Pinacoteca di Brera will host a project between music and painting: while the musicians play, the painter Ambra Rinaldo "plays the canvas," painting it with the spirit of the moment. This is the Freecanvas concert which will be held at 1:00 PM.
At 5:30 PM, at the Sede Amici del Loggione del Teatro alla Scala, the third educational appointment will take place: musicologist Bianca De Mario will tell the story of Claude Debussy.
At 6:30 PM, MITOFringe will then conclude the day at the Feltrinelli Express in Stazione Centrale together with Monk's Dream, a quartet inspired by the music of Thelonious Monk.
Finally, on Thursday, June 21, Stazione Centrale will be invaded by the marching band Nema Problema. Their concert will begin at 5:30 PM. Immediately after, at 6:00 PM, the Pulp Project will perform in the station atrium. The trio is distinguished by paying tribute to the musical choices of director Quentin Tarantino; the concept of "pulp" being the true leitmotif of the show.
