I stumbled upon the National Institute for Musical Development in Southern Italy ONLUS (ismez).
I am wondering about the deep meaning of these "maneuvers." As Europe is split, Italy has never truly been united and these presences are continuous confirmations.
Anyway, it's an interesting initiative; I don't understand why it shouldn't be something on a national level. Huh?
