Reading the latest posts quickly, I probably misread them, but I would like to clarify that the ordinal (and therefore the interval) "sixth" is relative to the interval, the distance of the characteristic note of this cadence and this chord from the bass of the IV degree, and not to the scale degree (which instead is the IIb).
