Good morning! Last night I worked (all in 5 hours) on this little Fantasia that I had in mind... at first I had thought of it for a four-part choir, but in the end, the string quartet convinced me more.

I hope I have done a better job compared to other times, when I would take ideas and place them one after another.

Enjoy listening

PS: I do not study composition, I hope to receive criticism that helps me improve!

Hi, I am very new to the forum, and I am listening to your track for the first time; I won't comment on the compositional side but rather on the technical one. I think you need to review everything regarding panning—that is, let me explain better, all the instruments are in the center, or at least not far from it; the violins, even if it's true that there are no ironclad rules, should anyway be moved to the left, and the cellos and violas to the right. Then, I would work more on the effects; if used well, they would allow you to remove this sensation of flat ambience, providing three-dimensionality—believe me, a good mix works miracles...
