I invite everyone to read and sign this petition, to ensure that professors in conservatories are chosen based on merit and results, and not just by counting years of service. In these days, the Ministry is preparing the regulations for the recruitment of teachers starting from the next academic year. Many currently excellent precarious teachers risk being excluded solely based on the count of years of service, thus being forced to abandon their classes.
