It is a popular science work that offers interesting insights that can be explored further thanks to the bibliographic references, and more precisely, the reading of Patel is recommended (too bad it's not available in Italian).
Lively, non-scientific language, stimulating because after reading it you feel like filling all the gaps that the text has left you. In fact, it is not exhaustive, but I think that was the author's intention. For the curious, there is a preview on Google Books
