Piano technique

But F. Liszt, as far as I know, did not write any piano technique books because he was only a composer and therefore an object of study. Whereas a piano technique book is created to study every day in order to then tackle the works of composers like Liszt, Mozart, etc.

Anyway: Liszt, Technische Studien (for piano obviously)... if I'm not mistaken it is also on Petrucci. I would take the EMB edition

In effect, after Liszt's pianism, the world was never the same... the figure of the composer even had to be split from that of the pianist because too much specialization was required. Far from being just a composer; Liszt was first and foremost a great pianist and left behind his technique method... which obviously is not suitable for DIY; expert supervision is needed to avoid causing more harm than good
