As you have seen, I have made some changes by restoring the sidebar functionalities and modifying the theme. I debugged quite a lot of things without encountering any particular problems, but if anyone should encounter any forum error, please let me know so that I can fix the problem. Thank you...

The only thing I noticed is that you need to be logged in to see the new content; before, it was enough to just "stop" by here

For the rest, I haven't encountered anything else... in fact, thank you for the work you have done.

but why doesn't it keep users logged in anymore? changes to cookies? or is it a problem with my browser?

it didn't cause any problems for me, I was logged in before and I am now too.....

Actually the bug was there before. In the sense that some content should only be visible if logged in, especially since the function shows recent content. So actually now it works as it should, not before...
