A strange problem has arisen with the Garritan player, the Aria player, loaded in Finale: when I go to export the audio (export as audio file), in the resulting wav file nothing can be heard; this only happens with the Aria player loaded in Finale, if I load it in Cubase it doesn't happen, if I export the mixdown the audio can be heard. Furthermore, I tried putting both Kontakt and the Aria player in the same file: well, the Kontakt samples can be heard in the audio file and the Aria ones cannot.
When I play back the Aria, it can be heard; it's only when I export the audio that nothing is heard, yet the audio file is created.
I wouldn't want to be forced to redo all the sounds from scratch in Cubase....what can I do to resolve this problem? Up until the last time I used the Aria player in Finale, I don't think this problem existed and I don't recall touching anything in the settings...

Difficult problem to diagnose, I have read some material online and it has happened to others but I haven't quite understood if they got out of it without a reinstallation of Finale.
Curiosity, when you export from Finale, do you see the playback progress bar advancing as usual?
Sometimes it scrolls, sometimes it freezes, but it always creates the audio file, even when the bar doesn't scroll. Anyway, I solved it by changing samples; I used a Sonokinetic organ that runs on Kontakt; at this point with GPO4 I could do without it completely....I have no intention of reinstalling Finale for this problem, since I almost never use the Aria player.

In effect the problem remains unresolved, which was a bit of the perception I had from the WEB ... oh well...
The Aria player is causing problems. I had issues with the Garritan Authorized Steinway. Everything installed, working. Then, after not even a month, when I was loading samples from any microphone position -> Wild crash... Contacted Garritan support, they didn't give me much help. All useless stuff that I had already tried to do myself. In the end, I managed to find some files that, once deleted, canceled the player activation to revert the version to an unactivated state, in order to then try re-activating with the key card downloaded from the Garritan site, and I haven't had any more problems but: 1) I no longer remember which files I had modified/deleted. 2) I don't think this is your case.
