Hello everyone, I joined this site following a problem that occurred to me this morning:
while I was studying, I noticed that one of the keys was not level with the others, but was a little lower and did not sound.
So I opened the piano and noticed that the hammer did not rise when I pressed the key.
Does anyone know what to do, or how to solve the problem?

it can depend on many causes. probably the escapement lever does not return under the nut (if it is a vertical) or under the roller (if it is a grand)....but it is only a hypothesis
