A while ago I said that I would publish this piece (we were talking about pieces "like trailer/film music"), I have already said that in these particular cases
one needs to see how the composer behaves in the face of a video or a film, so I wouldn't say that this can be a "film" piece, but in certain
contexts it could serve its own function.
I had to make a bit of a mess to assemble everything, the PC can't handle it despite 4 GB of RAM; I stretched the choir with Soundforge because in the previous version
it was performed faster (these are the audio files of the East West Choir that I had prepared), so I reduced the speed of some parts and "fixed" especially the part of the 1st and 2nd violins, which presented some points that were a bit too cluttered; even here, in terms of sound quality, it's not exactly great because I used both soundfonts and those from East West, because for the fast-played parts the result is not optimal, however overall it should be quite fluid.
Then from 1':30" to 1':35" I added some parts (only a descending part for flute, clarinet, and piano was planned, but I hadn't managed to properly prepare
the choir for that part; the text with the Choir wasn't fluid or well-articulated, so I "camouflaged" it by adding other instruments, such as horns).
The solo horns are from VSL (I bought them years ago, they sound a bit too "powerful" because it is an 8-horn section).
There would be (as usual) work to do again, because there is always something that isn't convincing, like some points that remain "empty"; in the previous version
it wasn't like that, but I had little time to fix it and I didn't want to "overstuff" it too much.
