Rain in Rome 2014 Micol Electro Harp

I can't figure out if it is an electrified acoustic harp, an electric harp with a piezo, or a harp with a MIDI controller. The video is shaky so it's hard to understand much. Looking at it like this, I would say the first one, although I think the sound was later processed; it's not just the pure sound of an electrified instrument... Roughly speaking, I would definitely say Reverb and Tape Delay
