when the key raises the bridge lever, to which the escapement lever is hinged, two things happen: the first, via the rear spoon, pushes the damper lever and moves it away from the string and simultaneously, pushes the escapement lever under the hammer cap, in order to let the tensioned spring of the cap "discharge" to project the hammer onto the string... or no?.

Watching the video tutorial more and more times, I understood that instead it is the escapement lever during the lifting phase that gives the push to the hammer cap, and therefore launches it onto the string; the various springs and straps only serve to control the return stroke of the hammer.... and so
