But it is not true. In addition to having participated in the online questionnaire, I have carefully read the 136 pages of the programmatic document and, without fear of refutation, I affirm that music is present just as it has never been discussed before, namely with the introduction of 2 mandatory hours in primary school and the hiring of teachers in lower secondary school for instrumental and choral activities. There is also the proposal by Luigi Berlinguer released just in these past few days.
Prof. Blumetti has already for years been, rightly from his (personal) point of view, a tenacious critic of the musical reform that involved Conservatories and Lyceums. The post does not ask for this, so I will stop here. However, I make an invitation: participate in the online questionnaire by reporting, suggesting, and contesting.
