Good morning everyone, the heel felts are worn down to the point that a small hole has formed, can the felts be replaced or does the entire heel need to be replaced? Many thanks for the advice.

the felt can be replaced. Use felt with a central weave glued only at the ends, perhaps stretching it a little to make it adhere better
