Hello,
I am asking for help, if possible, for my Yamaha C3 piano.
When I play from about C5 to G5 (less intense), a sharp resonance comes from the metal frame that muddies the note; even when playing one string at a time, beats can be felt as if it were out of tune.
The area is where the frame has a crossing, but I don't know if it depends on this.
I tried tightening the frame screws, and although they were slightly loose, I found no improvement.

Do not touch the frame screws under any circumstances. The noise may depend on either a gluing or detachment of the bridge at that point. If so, try pressing on the bridge while playing the note; if the vibration disappears, then it depends on that. It could also be the resonator, i.e., the free part of the string that resonates by sympathy. In that case, you can try to dampen the sound with small felt "cavalierini" (small dampers) to prevent resonance. These are naturally hypotheses, and a good technician will know how to make an exact diagnosis.
