If I understood correctly, the doors are reopening to private teachers in conservatories (those who have at least a diploma). I find it fair, but it is a justice resulting from the usual farce.

If I understood correctly, the "derogation" serves to satisfy the appeal of the many who had undertaken a study path that was then blocked by the AFAM reform, so if you have a fifth in piano you could obtain the rest of the titles for the diploma... don't ask me about complementary [exams], etc. .... Maybe they did the three-year degree in composition, because the traditional diploma no longer existed (so instead of 3 years, they would have been faced with 3+2)
The same old unlucky person, as soon as enrolled in the two-year program... now with one exam they close the study path and without needing the two-year period... but by now they will do the two-year period because they are on a moving train.
