Once again we will be able to benefit from great presences such as Edoardo Catemario and Michael Lewin, and with a great novelty, participants will be able to perform in concert on several occasions during the campus.

INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CAMPUS
The SetteNoteInsieme Musical Association and the Compagnia Teatro Giovani Torrita, with the patronage of the Municipality of Torrita di Siena, organize "Rosso Di Sera 2015 - International Music Campus".
THE CAMPUS
It will take place from July 11 to 17, 2015, in Torrita di Siena (SI - Italy) and will consist of two classical guitar masterclasses held by Edoardo Catemario and Michael Lewin.
Lessons are aimed at students, professionals, or amateurs without age limits who wish to deepen their knowledge of repertoire and instrumental technique.
The admission exam, which will take place at the beginning of the course, will consist of a short audition during which students will be invited to play a composition of their choice and introduce themselves. One can participate in the course as an active student or an auditor. Those who are not selected as active students may decide to participate anyway as auditors.
THE TEACHERS
EDOARDO CATEMARIO
DECCA artist since 2008. An extremely versatile guitarist, he has been a guest soloist with great orchestras (Melbourne Symphony, Wiener Akademie, Orquesta Nacional de Andorra, Pomeriggi Musicali...) under conductors such as: Martin Haselboek, Oleg Caetani, Marzio Conti, Michael Helmrat, Inma Shara, Ottavio Dantone, Enrique Batiz and Nicola Paszkowski.
He has given solo concerts in the most prestigious halls in the world: Grosser Saal of the Wiener Musikverein (Vienna), Auditorio Nacional and Teatro Real (Madrid), Wigmore Hall and St John’s Smith Square (London), Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall (New York), Bolshoi Saal of the Philharmonia (St. Petersburg), Suntory Hall and Tokyo Opera Hall (Tokyo) etc.
Catemario is also an appreciated teacher; he has given Master Classes in France, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Austria. He collaborates with the Royal Academy of Music in London, the Mozarteum in Salzburg, the Musikhochschule in Leipzig, Indiana University, Brooklyn University, and other institutions. He held the chair of advanced study and interpretation at the “Conservatoire International de Paris” (Paris, France) from 1995 until June 2001.
MICHAEL LEWIN
He is a professor at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where he trained under the guidance of Hector Quine. He subsequently refined his skills in Spain with José Tomás.
As a guitarist and luthier, he has played with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Ballet Rambert, Scottish Opera, English National Opera, La Piccola Scala (Milan), the Royal Opera House at Covent Garden, and in major international festivals such as Bath, Bergen, Edinburgh, Flanders, Göttingen, and Venice, as well as with the Henry Wood Promenade Concerts. He has also made a series of recordings, in particular with the Monteverdi Choir and the Baroque Soloists directed by Sir John Eliot Gardiner, and collaborated with composer Trevor Jones.
In 1977, he became a professor at the Royal Academy of Music and as a teacher, he is invited to hold masterclasses all over the world, including institutions such as the Central Conservatory of Music (Beijing), the Sibelius Academy (Helsinki), and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse (Paris).
THE CONCERTS
During their stay, students will be chosen to perform in concerts organized by the associations.

Auditor students: € 60 for the entire masterclass or € 30 per day. The registration fee is set at: € 50
