Hello, I need a little help to solve a problem (maybe it's just me...): How do I make what is found in "score management" (title, author, arranger etc...) printable or not, and therefore obtain an initial COVER? I work with FINALE 2014 Italian. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds :-)

From the tools menu, configure-pages (icon with sheets), insert empty page... then it asks how many, before or after the current one, etc.
Afterward, manage the other information with the text tools menu (icon with A)

Your information was extremely useful and solved a long-standing problem for me! However, it seems to me that I have understood that the information reported under "score management" is only meant to be used while consulting the open score... from this it follows that all the entries included on that page, if I want to print them, I must actually REWRITE them following the procedure you recommended... I ask you for confirmation of this and then I will leave you in peace! Thanks again :-)

These are what you find on the first page of the score and not in the title page, which must be created ad hoc, if necessary.
