Dear Paolo, watching the action models in your video tutorials, I had a "feeling"—using one of your legendary words—that the keys of both actions (upright and grand) are mounted tilted downwards from the key guide pin, through the lever, until they rest on the key rest felt; is this so, is that how things really are??
