Soon I should try a Squire & Longson quarter grand piano....Can you tell me something about this brand of pianos?

Hi, I can't give you a precise answer regarding the quality of these pianos. However, keep in mind that the first imports from England to Italy date back to the first quarter of the 1900s... it all started with a certain Karl Furcht who, as a second lieutenant in the Austro-Hungarian army, was captured by the Italian armed forces and sent to Lucca to work in an agricultural company.
Ridolf, the younger brother, upon coming to Italy dedicated himself to the construction and importation of instruments...
It is a historic brand... Paolo will surely be able to give you some information. In the meantime, I didn't know them and... I have educated myself on the subject.
But would you move up to this one by selling yours, or is it your first piano?
