Hello
I would like to change some of the return springs for the dampers (renners), I saw that there is a string to keep said spring in place, how do you proceed and above all where can I purchase them?
Thank you

If they are healthy, they don't need to be changed. Try loading them in reverse. Replacing them involves having the cord and the cord that acts as a pivot. It is difficult. But I don't think it is necessary

I tried to load them and brought the keybed weight of the central keys to around 52-55 gr. However, on some I cannot go below 60 gr.; by reversing the stands, the keybed weight is also reversed, so I thought about replacing the springs.

I don't think this is the right way. First of all, one must look at the friction coefficient of the wippens from the lever, the hammer, and the escapement upright. The springs have a specific gauge and the levers should not be swapped. Everything must be sought in the frictions and, if necessary, in the keyboard leveling.
