Starting piano studies

Which books would you recommend to get me closer to music and then to the piano? Premising that I have 0 musical knowledge, for example a music theory book that teaches me how to read music, tempo, etc. To then move on to the instrument I would like to study, which is the piano, and therefore also a book on said instrument. Initially, I would start studying as a self-taught person and then perhaps take lessons in the future (money permitting). And finally, I wanted advice on which instrument to purchase (hoping this isn't the wrong section for this question) that costs a maximum of about 100 euros, so a digital piano, also because I wouldn't want to risk the thing fading away and the 600 euro piano starting to gather dust. The only thing is that I would like it to be as close as possible to piano keys to the touch. Thank you very much.
