Hello everyone!

Already a guitar enthusiast, I am starting to study the piano at the age of 50!

I hope there is someone else in my situation who can give me the right advice!

Thank you

Best wishes Baruk, I wish you another 50 years of life so that you can enjoy the piano for a very long time to come. You had an excellent idea starting to study the piano, a choice that, I am certain, will always make you feel young.

Hi Baruk! Starting at your age is great. It's certainly not the ideal, as piano enthusiasts might say, but it highlights a true interest in music and the instrument since... being something that no one would do at that age, instead letting themselves be drowned by certain social constraints etc etc, you, instead, have thought well to do it. I respect you very much and see you as a free and intelligent person.

@ Consider that for ordinary or "Normal" people, playing an instrument is a hobby and not a profound school of life, and throughout your journey, you will always find someone ready to babble something..... just defend yourself from those people!!! The piano is an infinite world that opens up beneath your fingers and I advise you to hurry. Good luck! Bye.
