Even Steinway has become technological. It has reinvented an already existing system, emulating it at incredible levels.
High resolution in velocity ensures that the exact same sound as the pianist who recorded it is reproduced. It is also possible to edit the recording in MIDI via an iPad App. Crazy!
Certainly an excellent system. However, personally, I am in love with the old-fashioned piano, without any additional accessories (and perhaps even with the construction standards of yesteryear).
