Hello!, I am desperately looking for help; I believe I have some very bad problems with my beloved piano and I don't know what their nature is or how to manage to solve them.. let me explain the situation a bit:
At the beginning of December, I bought this upright piano (Bachmann)..
I was told to wait a few days before having it tuned and so I did,
immediately after the tuner had finished, I sat down and eee.. there it was!, a very annoying vibration coming from the end part of the keyboard has been delighting me from that moment until today (listening more closely, it seems to come from the wooden panel.. but I don't know how valid my words can be because I have no experience in this field).
The second problem is that during the performance of some pieces, 3 keys in particular sometimes remain depressed..
The other delight arose after I pointed out the vibration problem to the retailer, who suggested putting a rug under the piano.. as soon as I did, another 2 keys, if pressed with a certain intensity and then released, emit an "extra" sound, meaning apart from the note, a sort of vibration is heard at the end (as if the damper were unable to stop the string)..
At one point, even the forte pedal, as soon as it was released, emitted a strange sound, as if it were hitting itself. Fortunately, this problem has "disappeared"..
Naturally, these are all problems already presented to the tuner, who lovingly abandoned me to my fate...
Greetings and thanks in advance to all those who will answer this desperate, unlucky piano girl. =) =)
