Good morning. I was given this Steinert piano; I have noticed that I find it harder to play because the action does not have a fluid movement; when pressing the key softly, it doesn't reach the strings at all and stops early. I checked on a good upright piano that I have and it shouldn't be like this, because even when pressing the key softly, the hammer should reach the string and not stop beforehand. Can you help me and tell me if this is something I can fix?

I can't see the videos, anyway from what you are telling me you must recheck all the pins of the action. They are probably stuck. An expert technician is needed

It seems to me that you are in Rome. If you want, send me videos on WhatsApp at 3393395980. I can't manage to see these ones. Bye Paolo Ferrarelli
