Hello everyone, I am Elio and I have just registered for the forum.
I am writing to ask for advice on the valuation of this beautiful and almost unique (to me, obviously) 6-pedal piano, copper strings etc. Unfortunately, I have no certainty regarding the brand and model (I believe it is a Krauss or a FortePiano Shanz). Honestly, it is not in excellent condition (woodworm, completely out of tune, and the pedals are not connected).
I have already contacted a local technician to get an evaluation, but the current period (Covid) does not facilitate travel.
In the meantime, I wanted to ask you all for its market value, model, and year of construction.

A very particular instrument. I believe no one can say what value it has unless they encounter an "aficionado" who wants it. These are objects that go on the antique market and if they were to "become instruments again," they would first need to be restored and made playable. It is a fortepiano probably handcrafted no later than the early 1800s....but it could also be an "imitation" instrument built much later. Straight iron strings. Part of the bridge is broken and the soundboard is very damaged
